Uygulamal\u0131 Bir \u00d6rnek: \u00d6\u011frenci Ba\u015far\u0131 Analizi<\/a><\/li><li class=\"\"><a href=\"#1-7-istatistigin-alt-dallari\">1.7. \u0130statisti\u011fin Alt Dallar\u0131<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130statisti\u011fe giri\u015f ve temel kavramlar ile g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan baz\u0131 temel kavramlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 bulacaks\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-istatistigin-tanimi\">1. \u0130statisti\u011fin Tan\u0131m\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130statistik, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yaln\u0131zca say\u0131larla u\u011fra\u015fan bir bilim dal\u0131 olarak de\u011fil, verinin <strong>toplanmas\u0131, d\u00fczenlenmesi, analiz edilmesi, yorumlanmas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>sonu\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini kapsayan kapsaml\u0131 bir y\u00f6ntem bilimidir. Modern anlam\u0131yla istatistik, rastgelelik i\u00e7eren olaylardan bilgi \u00fcretmeyi ve belirsizlik ortam\u0131nda do\u011fru kararlar vermeyi ama\u00e7lar. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle, hem do\u011fa bilimlerinden hem de sosyal bilimlerden beslenen disiplinler aras\u0131 bir aland\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-1-kavramsal-cerceve\">1.1. Kavramsal \u00c7er\u00e7eve<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u0130statistik\u201d terimi, Latince <em>status<\/em> (durum, devlet) (Ayr\u0131ca latince deyi\u015fler i\u00e7in buraya bakabilirsiniz: <a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Latince_deyi%C5%9Fler_listesi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Latince_deyi%C5%9Fler_listesi<\/a> ) s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden t\u00fcremi\u015ftir. 18. y\u00fczy\u0131lda devletlerin n\u00fcfus, ekonomi ve asker\u00ee g\u00fc\u00e7lerine ili\u015fkin verileri toplamak amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lan bir terimken; bug\u00fcn t\u0131p, m\u00fchendislik, ekonomi, e\u011fitim, psikoloji, hatta yapay zek\u00e2 gibi hemen her alanda kullan\u0131lan evrensel bir bilim haline gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130statistik, veriye dayal\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmenin ve bilimsel karar vermenin temel arac\u0131d\u0131r. Veri olmadan hi\u00e7bir hipotez test edilemez, hi\u00e7bir model do\u011frulanamaz. Bu y\u00fczden istatistik, bilimin <strong>\u201ckan\u0131t \u00fcretme mekanizmas\u0131\u201d<\/strong> olarak da tan\u0131mlanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-2-istatistigin-amaci\">1.2. \u0130statisti\u011fin Amac\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130statisti\u011fin temel amac\u0131, <strong>veriden anlam \u00e7\u0131karmak<\/strong> ve bu anlam\u0131 <strong>karar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmektir<\/strong>. Toplanan ham veriler tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir anlam ifade etmez; ancak istatistiksel analizle d\u00fczenlendi\u011finde, belirli bir olgunun veya s\u00fcrecin yap\u0131s\u0131, e\u011filimleri ve ili\u015fkileri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.<br>\u00d6rne\u011fin, bir okulda \u00f6\u011frencilerin s\u0131nav ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 incelemek istedi\u011fimizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim. Her \u00f6\u011frencinin notunu toplamak yaln\u0131zca veri toplama s\u00fcrecidir. Ancak bu notlar\u0131n ortalamas\u0131n\u0131, da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, standart sapmas\u0131n\u0131 ve grafiksel g\u00f6sterimini inceledi\u011fimizde istatistiksel bilgi elde ederiz. \u0130\u015fte bu bilgi, e\u011fitim program\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek veya \u00f6\u011fretim y\u00f6ntemini de\u011ferlendirmek gibi kararlar\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-3-istatistigin-iki-temel-boyutu\">1.3. \u0130statisti\u011fin \u0130ki Temel Boyutu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130statistik genel olarak iki ana boyuta ayr\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tan\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131 (Betimleyici) \u0130statistik:<\/strong><br>Verinin \u00f6zetlenmesi, s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve g\u00f6rselle\u015ftirilmesiyle ilgilenir. Ortalama, ortanca, tepe de\u011feri, varyans, standart sapma gibi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler bu kapsamda yer al\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bir fabrikan\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fcretim miktarlar\u0131n\u0131 tablo ve grafiklerle \u00f6zetlemek tan\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131 istatistik kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c7\u0131kar\u0131msal (\u0130nd\u00fcktif) \u0130statistik:<\/strong><br>Belirli bir \u00f6rneklemden elde edilen veriler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla t\u00fcm kitle (pop\u00fclasyon) hakk\u0131nda tahminler yapar. Hipotez testleri, g\u00fcven aral\u0131klar\u0131 ve regresyon analizleri bu kapsamda de\u011ferlendirilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 1000 ki\u015filik bir anket sonucu \u00fczerinden 10 milyonluk bir n\u00fcfusun genel e\u011filimlerini tahmin etmek \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131msal istatisti\u011fe girer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu iki boyut birlikte kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, veriden bilgi \u00fcretme s\u00fcreci hem <strong>tan\u0131mlama<\/strong> hem de <strong>tahmin<\/strong> a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 kapsar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-4-istatistigin-gunluk-hayattaki-rolu\">1.4. \u0130statisti\u011fin G\u00fcnl\u00fck Hayattaki Rol\u00fc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130statistik yaln\u0131zca bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ara\u00e7 de\u011fildir; g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda fark\u0131nda olmadan istatistiksel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme bi\u00e7imlerinden yararlan\u0131r\u0131z.<br>\u00d6rne\u011fin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n yay\u0131lma h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan grafikler,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hava durumu tahminlerinde olas\u0131l\u0131k de\u011ferleri,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se\u00e7im sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n tahmin edilmesi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bir \u00f6\u011frencinin ba\u015far\u0131 e\u011frisinin analiz edilmesi,<br>hep istatistiksel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde <strong>\u201cb\u00fcy\u00fck veri\u201d (Big Data)<\/strong>, <strong>makine \u00f6\u011frenmesi<\/strong>, <strong>yapay zek\u00e2<\/strong> gibi kavramlar da istatistiksel temellere dayan\u0131r. Bir yapay zek\u00e2 modelinin do\u011fruluk oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan her y\u00f6ntem, asl\u0131nda istatistiksel optimizasyonun bir t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-5-bilimsel-karar-verme-sureci-olarak-istatistik\">1.5. Bilimsel Karar Verme S\u00fcreci Olarak \u0130statistik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130statistiksel s\u00fcre\u00e7 genellikle \u015fu ad\u0131mlarla ilerler:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Problemin Tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131:<\/strong><br>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fclmek istenen konu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirlenir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, \u201cYeni geli\u015ftirilen bir g\u00fcbre t\u00fcr\u00fc bitki verimini art\u0131r\u0131yor mu?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Veri Toplama:<\/strong><br>Uygun \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla veriler toplan\u0131r (deney, g\u00f6zlem, anket vb.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Veri Analizi:<\/strong><br>Toplanan veriler d\u00fczenlenir, \u00f6zetlenir ve anlaml\u0131 istatistiksel g\u00f6stergeler hesaplan\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n Yorumlanmas\u0131:<\/strong><br>Bulgular bilimsel ba\u011flamda yorumlan\u0131r; hipotez kabul veya reddedilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Karar Verme:<\/strong><br>Elde edilen istatistiksel bilgiler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda stratejik veya uygulamal\u0131 kararlar al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi, <strong>\u00f6rneklem se\u00e7iminin do\u011frulu\u011funa<\/strong>, <strong>\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerin hatas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na<\/strong> ve <strong>uygun istatistiksel y\u00f6ntemlerin<\/strong> kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-6-uygulamali-bir-ornek-ogrenci-basari-analizi\">1.6.
